Silky cotton/rayon woven fabrication cascades in a subtle A-line silhouette, framed by a feminine ruffle panel along the hem. Sleeves are wrist length with an elasticized smocked cuff to easily slide up your forearm. A side seam, pockets, and a separate tie belt offer a customized fit.
